By accessing or using Ecolyxis ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Ecolyxis provides an AI-powered chatbot service, including text generation, image generation, and conversational AI features. The Service is operated by Ecolyxis and runs on our own infrastructure.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.
• You may not create multiple accounts for abusive purposes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory.
• Produce or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or sexual content involving minors.
• Attempt to generate content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights.
• Use the Service for harassment, stalking, or bullying.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated tools to scrape or mass-extract content from the Service.
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-created in contexts where disclosure is legally required.

5. AI-Generated Content

• Content generated by the Service is produced by AI and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate.
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before using or sharing it.
• Ecolyxis does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of AI outputs.
• You retain ownership of your input prompts. You may use AI-generated outputs in accordance with applicable law.

6. User Content

"User Content" means any text, images, or other materials you submit to the Service. You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant Ecolyxis a limited licence to process, store, and display it solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Billing & Payments

• Certain features may require payment. Prices are subject to change with notice.
• All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or at our discretion.
• We reserve the right to suspend access to paid features if payment fails.

8. Intellectual Property

• The Ecolyxis platform, including its design, branding, and underlying software, is the property of Ecolyxis.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• Ecolyxis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Ecolyxis is not liable for any actions taken based on AI-generated content.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time without notice.

11. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
